Discount & Value
How much discount will I get?
Your discount is set by the size of the InfinityPro display you purchase: S$200 (55″), S$250 (65″), S$300 (75″), or S$500 (86″/98″).
Does the condition of my old device affect the discount?
No. Any projector or TV is accepted for trade-in regardless of its condition — the discount amount depends only on the new InfinityPro display size you choose.
Trade-In Process
How does the trade-in work?
- Your used projector or TV is collected at the time of delivery of your new InfinityPro display.
- The delivery associate inspects the used item and confirms its details before handing over the new product.
- If the used item does not meet the expected trade-in conditions, delivery of the new product will not proceed.
What happens at delivery?
Our delivery associate inspects your old unit against the details you provided, then you sign the declaration on the shipping label. If the item doesn't match what was declared, we won't be able to hand over the new display on that visit.
Preparing for Pickup
What do I need to do before delivery?
- Keep your old projector or TV uninstalled and ready for pickup.
- If possible, provide the original box with all accessories.
- Please don't seal the box — our delivery associate needs to verify the item.
- At delivery, sign the declaration on the shipping label for the used item.

Can this offer change?
