After receiving your quotation, sign it and send it back to us or to your assigned sales PIC. Once confirmed, you can proceed to purchase your new device at the discounted price. Our team will arrange the pickup of your old product during delivery.
To complete the exchange process, we will be picking up the used projector or TV at the time of delivery. The delivery associate will inspect the used projector or TV and confirm the details before handing over the new product. Please note that in case the used projector or TV is not found to be as expected, the delivery associate will NOT be able to deliver the new product.
- Your used product will be picked up by Infinity’s delivery associate at the time of delivery.
- Please keep the used projector or TV uninstalled and ready for pickup.
- If possible, please provide us the original box with all accessories (if any)
- Please do NOT seal the box as the delivery associate will need to verify the item details
- At the time of delivery Sign the declaration on the shipping label for the used projector or TV
Trade-In Terms and Conditions
- This promotion applies only to InfinityPro X and E Series Interactive Displays.
- Eligible customers are entitled to receive a discount of up to S$500 off the MSRP on an eligible InfinityPro Interactive Display.
- This offer is available to end customers in Singapore only.
- Eligible Trade-In Devices: Any projector or display, regardless of model or condition, will be accepted for trade-in.
- InfinityPro reserves the right, at any time, to revise, alter, postpone, temporarily halt, or terminate the promotion or offer structure, in whole or in part, at its sole and absolute discretion, with or without prior notice.

TRADE-IN PROCESS
- The used projector or TV will be collected at the time of delivery of your new InfinityPro display.
- The delivery associate will inspect the used item and confirm its details before handing over the new product.
- If the used item does not meet the expected trade-in conditions, delivery of the new product will not proceed.
